CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM
AIS provides a solution to your inventory needs with consignment. We will set up your higher moving items in our stock and yours to help prevent stock outs, help you better manage inventory levels, and lower your carrying cost. Simplified billing, and scheduled shipments are a few other benefits.
SLING INSPECTIONS
AIS provides sling inspections for our end users. This is required annually for OSHA and MSHA requirements. We will inspect all your synthetic and wire rope slings providing you with a detailed report documenting each sling with size, serial number, and pictures. The slings that fail the inspection will be tagged out of service.
VMI SERVICES
AIS will manage your inventory for you!! We will come by and review the inventory levels on the items agreed upon as often as needed. Then we simply place an order to ship from our warehouse the next day. Our goal is to prevent you from stocking out on items that affect production and preventing you from over stocking.
HOSE INSPECTION/SURVEY
We offer many services in the hose world some of which are annual hose inspections and certifications. We have the capabilities to pressure test your industrial hoses up to 40K PSI, customized hose labels, and annual hose certs. For customers having issues with hoses in the field we can make a site visit to inspect/survey the hoses you have and provide solutions to prevent the hoses failing in the future.
TOOL REPAIR
We can repair most power tools battery powered, electric, pneumatic. Bring your tool to us for a repair quote. If the cost to repair the tool exceeds ½ the tools cost brand new, we offer to sell the new tool at a discount.
